Ballard Sunset[top]
- Watch the sun go down on a bluff overlooking Puget Sound at Ballard’s Sunset Park. Then take a walk down the hill to Ray’s Boathouse to have dinner on the water. (make sure you get reservations at this popular dining spot)
Alki Beach Roundtrip[top]
- Take the water taxi from the downtown pier to West Seattle and walk around esplanade to Alki Beach for a bite to eat and on the way back enjoy the view of Seattle skyline.
Seattle Burlesque Theaters [top]
- Try the out Burlesque Theatres at Can Can (in the Market off 1st) or The Pink Door (Post Alley). If you want great drinks try Can Can, or if you’re looking for fabulous Northwest Cuisine try the Pink Door.
The Love for Art[top]
- Have a night out at the SAM (Seattle Art Museum). Start out perusing the worldly art of the museum, and check out the visiting Lorenzo Ghiberti's Renaissance masterpiece The Gates of Paradise, featured in the third floor gallery January 26–April 6. Take a load off and go downstairs to Taste Restaurant for a glass of wine and a plate full of delectable faire.
Rocking Out to Led Zeppelin [top]
- Buy her flowers on Valentines, but save the date of February 22nd to hear the music of Led Zeppelin. Performed by Windborne Symphony, a 50 piece orchestra and a full rock band the perfect “combination of passion and power.” At the Paramount Theatre, tickets are available at ticketmaster.
