| Two words: Truffle Fries at Baguette Box
Baguette Box has the most perfectly crisp fries, and the only thing that can make them better is the truffle oil they liberally apply. Heaven in a cup.

| The Japanese Sweet Potato tarts at Fresh Flours
A delightful combination of European-style pastry and Japanese flavors. The mild sweetness of the satsuma-imo and with the black sesame seeds, and one of the most tender crusts you'll find in Seattle make this my favorite place for a sweet treat in all of Seattle.

A dessert to behold. It's so beautiful, you almost don't want to bite into it. Almost.

| Braised Greens w/Duck Egg at Sitka & Spruce
I wish I could braise greens like this, because if I could I would eat them everyday. The greens had golden raisins, bread crumbs and capers tucked into its perfectly braised layers.

| Hanger Steak Baguette at Sitka & Spruce
The Hanger stands alone. I know I love a restaurant that serves one of my favorite new cutsJ of meat (I am in love with a recipe from Food & Wine called Malabar Hanger Steak with Ginger Carrot Puree. What is not to love? How fabulous is this cut?).
